Power Flow (All Levels) – Power Yoga is a vigorous, fast-paced version of Vinyasa Yoga. It is an Ashtanga-based practice that strings together poses into sequences that move energy through the body. Expect upbeat music and fluid and flowing movements.
Rocket Vinyasa - Rocket is a fast-paced and playful practice developed by Larry Schultz in the 1980s. It is rooted in the Ashtanga Yoga tradition and includes sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, back bends, inversions, and twists. Expect a well-balanced class with time to explore arm balances and inversions.
Alignment-Based – Rooted in the Iyengar tradition, our alignment-based flow breaks down each posture with a special focus on detail and precision. Learn technical aspects of movement in the fundamental postures, and then apply that understanding to more advanced poses. All level students welcome.
Asana Lab - This class begins with a yoga warm-up intended to lubricate the joins and warm the muscles. After building heat, the teacher guides students through intentional drills and exercises to work towards peak postures such as arm balances and inversions. Email email@example.com for pose requests.
Ashtanga Primary Series – “Ashtanga” means “eight limbs” in Sanskrit and references the eight limbs of yoga described in the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali. The Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series is a traditional yoga series consisting of about 75 poses. The sequence is designed to build strength, flexibility, and stamina. All level students are welcome.
Mysore Ashtanga – Mysore style Ashtanga is the traditional way to learn the Ashtanga Yoga system, as taught by Sri. K Pattabhi Jois. Restorative / Slower Paced Classes

Restorative poses are held for extended periods of time and include twists, seated forward folds, and backbends. Ample props are provided to help you melt into physical and mental stillness.
Cosmic Flow – Cosmic Flow combines Yoga Nidra with Vinyasa Yoga to produce an extraordinary psychophysical experience that’s both invigorating and restorative. An extended centering meditation will guide you to your own unique inner space and act as a platform for establishing a clear intention and focused attention with which you will seamlessly transition into a moderately-paced asana sequence. The practice concludes with a guided savasana to induce a state of deep relaxation and elevated awareness.
Candlelight Yin – Yin Yoga is a passive practice intended to stretch the connective tissue around the joints and the fascia. Rather than moving quickly between poses, students hold postures for three to five minutes at a time. Expect to focus on the hips, sacrum, and spine, among other areas of the body.
Meditation & Pranayama – Meditation literally changes the chemistry of the brain, and has been shown to relieve levels of anxiety and depression, and improve attention, concentration, and overall psychological well-being. Our guided meditations will help you find a comfortable seat and reap the aforementioned benefits in a calm environment. Pranayama exercises are ancient breathing techniques, integrated into class, and used to calm the mind and cleanse the body.
