Yoga Teacher Jennie

"The first time I traveled to Moab, I was awe-struck. I had never imagined a place that looked as mesmerizing and inspiring. I've returned to Moab five times to soak up the gifts of it's magnificence, reconnecting with Mother Earth, and reigniting a spirit of adventure. I am excited to combine my favorite passions: a love for the outdoors, hiking through Arches National Park, grounding earth-inspired yoga practices, and community. I began practicing yoga when I was 18 and look forward to sharing yoga asana (postures), yoga nidra (guided meditation), and yoga philosophy across our five-day adventure. Learn more about my teaching experience and philosophy here."

climbing guru Hayden

"I have been climbing for 17 years. My love for the outdoors helped lead me to Colorado College, where I majored in geology. I am now working towards my PhD in geochemistry at Caltech. I study how tectonics and erosion can be powerful controls on climate. I feel lucky to have work that takes me into the field all around the world. While not traveling for work, I still manage to find time to climb often in the Sierra and desert Southwest. I also work part time at my local climbing gym teaching group and private climbing lessons. My passion for teaching and climbing will help ensure a fun, safe, and engaging experience on the rocks in Moab."
